Mahlati Liebetrau is a South African registered Quantity Surveying and Construction Consultancy practice.
The key to successful quantity surveying services is being in touch with the market in all categories, in touch with current tenders and in touch with latest trends. We definitely have all of these qualifications.
Mahlati Liebetrau (Pty) Ltd was established in April 2000 incorporating Mahlati Associates originally registered in 1996. Our fledgling company has its foundations in its four active directors / shareholders, who have pooled their considerable individual experience to maximise the goals that the new dispensation South Africa has at home and on the continent of Africa. The vast, hands-on experience of the directors has been mobilised to empower individuals in successful traditional and enhanced quantity surveying services on a broad range of construction projects.
Many successes were immediately posted, thus launching us to our current privileged status where we actively provide services on projects ranging from mega projects to the smallest of projects, all requiring expert financial advice.
We are registered with the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (registration #1106). Best practice principles promoted by the Association form the guidelines in the execution of our quantity surveying services enhanced by the use of tried and tested documentation and services.
