Our fee is always tailored to the scope of the required service. This scope could be all or a combination of those services described in Stages 1 to 6.
We use The South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession's Tariff of Professional Fees, as currently recommended by the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, as the basis for negotiation of a project quantity surveying fee, which would then typically be payable in an agreed cashflow over the entire construction period.
