About Us
Mahlati Quantity Surveyors is a proudly South African quantity surveying firm with offices in Gauteng and the Western Cape, and with emerging branches in the Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga and Limpopo. Our four hands-on directors have in excess of seventy-five years’ pooled experience to offer construction projects within South Africa and on the greater African continent.
Our "Three Sets of Three" © project communication system (see diagram below) provides the foundation and framework for each Mahlati Quantity Surveyors-run project.
To support this, computerised measuring, preparation of bills of quantities, and cost-reporting systems are customised to suit clients’ needs, and distributed so each staff member has access to all project information at any time.
A company director also takes responsibility for each project from inception to completion.
Clients are kept fully informed with a comprehensive monthly cost report, highlighting all financial movements and tabling any items for consideration.
